Order Management Specialist with Turkish
This role supports the Cluster Supply Chain team in customer service, order management, and execution.
Key responsibilities include coordinating tasks with customers at national and state levels, supporting supply chain training, and collaborating with departments to resolve issues and implement actions.
Responsibilities:
- Process and update customer orders in the system
- Check product availability, pricing, and coordinate deliveries
- Communicate with customers regarding order changes and stock issues
- Create delivery orders and follow up with warehouse and transport teams
- Handle returns and support issue resolution with customers
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth order execution
Qualifications:
- University degree
- Proficiency in English and Turkish (both written and spoken)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, order management, procurement or a similar role, prefereably in shared service enviroment
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Good command of MS Excel and the Office suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage
