Customer Service Agent with Italian OR English

For our client an international company based in Wroclaw, we are looking for Italian OR English speakers to join the Customer Service team on part-time basis that you can combine with your full-time job. 

 

We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents. Your main responsibility will be assisting customers via live chat with delivery-related questions and issues.

No previous experience is required — full training is provided.

 

Responsibilities:

• Reply to customer inquiries through live chat

• Help customers track deliveries and check order status

• Assist with address updates and delivery changes

• Support customers with delays or delivery problems

• Escalate more complex cases when necessary

• Keep records of customer interactions

Requirements:

• English or Italian language proficiency at minimum B2 level

• Good written communication skills

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to manage multiple chats at the same time

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
