For our Client an international company specializing in the production and commercialization of advanced lithium-ion battery components used in electric vehicles and energy storage systems we are currently seeking an experienced Chinese Translator / Interpreter. The Company is executing a strategic project involving the modernization and operational launch of a large production facility in Poland, transforming it into a state-of-the-art, technologically advanced manufacturing site.
Responsibilities

Provide oral interpretation (consecutive and/or simultaneous) Chinese ↔ Polish or Chinese ↔ English during meetings, operational discussions, and technical conversations.

Translate written materials including documents, email correspondence, procedures, reports, and other relevant content.

Support effective communication between management, engineers, and production teams.

Ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness of all translations and interpretations.

Assist Chinese employees and management during on-site visits.

Maintain strict confidentiality of all company information.

Support coordination tasks requiring language assistance.
Requirements

Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and Polish or English, both spoken and written.

Proven experience as a translator or interpreter; experience in a business or industrial environment is an asset.

Ability to translate technical terminology related to manufacturing, engineering, and operations.

Strong communication skills and the ability to act as an effective bridge between multicultural teams.

Availability to work on-site in Konin on a full-time basis.

High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
Nice to have

Experience in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, or industrial sectors.

Knowledge of Polish business culture and familiarity with Chinese workplace practices.

Availability for occasional overtime or support during visits from international stakeholders.
